Drying is a science, not a fan in the corner
Real structural drying means moving dry air across every wet surface until the materials themselves — not just the air — read dry on a moisture meter. We place commercial air movers and dehumidifiers based on where the water went, and we check readings as we go.
Skipping this step is how "we mopped it up" turns into a mold problem two weeks later. Surfaces can feel dry while the inside of a wall is still wet.
How long does drying take
Most rooms take three to five days of equipment run time. Thick materials, hardwood, and wall cavities take longer. We do not pull equipment on a schedule — we pull it when the meters say dry.
