When water is spreading, call now
A burst pipe. A failed water heater. A storm that found your basement. Water does not wait, and neither should you. Call (301) 679-9193 and we will get moving.
On arrival we do three things fast. First, we help you stop the source — usually the main water shutoff. Second, we extract standing water with pumps and truck-mounted extractors. Third, we set air movers and dehumidifiers so drying starts the same visit.
What counts as an emergency
Water near outlets or your breaker panel. Sewage of any kind. Water rising, not just sitting. A ceiling bulging with water above it. If any of these are true, do not wait for morning — call now.
If it is safe, move rugs, boxes, and electronics off the floor before we arrive. Cut power to wet rooms at the breaker. Do not wade through water that may be touching wiring.
What happens after the water is out
Extraction is step one. Wet drywall, padding, and insulation may need to come out so the structure behind them can dry. We check moisture with meters — not guesswork — and we keep equipment running until readings are dry. Then we walk you through what we found and what comes next.
