Pipes burst. We clean up the mess.
A burst supply line can dump gallons per minute into your walls and floors. First things first: find your main water shutoff and turn it. Usually it is near where the water line enters the house, or at the meter. If you cannot find it, call (301) 679-9193 and we will help you locate it by phone.
We are not plumbers — a plumber repairs the pipe itself. We handle everything the water touched: extraction, wet material removal, drying, and moisture verification.
Where burst pipes hide damage
Water from a burst pipe runs inside walls and under floors, far from where you see it. We use moisture meters to find how far it traveled, open up wet cavities, and dry them before mold gets a foothold.
Charles County winters bring hard freezes. Pipes in exterior walls, crawl spaces, and unheated garages are the usual suspects. If one pipe burst, ask us to check the others while we are there.
