Mold is the second disaster
Here is the timeline nobody tells you: mold can start growing on wet drywall and wood within 24 to 48 hours. By the time you see spots or smell that musty odor, it has been growing a while. The cheapest mold job is the one that never happens — and that means drying fast and completely.
Our drying process is mold prevention. We remove water, pull materials that cannot be saved, dry everything the meters say is wet, and keep air moving so nothing stays damp.
Signs you may already have mold
